State of the art cuppone Donatello electric pizza oven with dual (base & ceiling) heat controls. Excellent and capable of producing top tier New York, Neapolitan, focaccia & pizza classica. After years of cooking on wood fire this oven has yielded the best most consistent results I’ve known. I’m sadly having to sell due to a kitchen reconfiguration. Included base and extraction hood.
