This brand new Modena Electric griddle has never been used. We bought it for an abondoned project and have it in storage- it has never left the box. Online this would cost 500+ VAT at least. With two heating zones that run independently of each other, giving you the maximum choice when cooking and holding food.
Also with this model you have the choice of using charcoal, to give your food that authentic flavor. You simply lift the grates at the top, place your coals over the elements replace the grates and voila you have authentic chargrilled food perfect for shish kebabs, chicken, steaks, burgers, fish or vegetables in fact anything you can imagine.
This comes with the additional charcoal.
